Early 901 experts - what year where retractable seatbelts introduced?

I need to install retractable seat belts.

I can locate the rear and the bottom mounts.

Does anyone know when did Porsche start installing retractable seatbelts?

Trying to establish if my car has the provisions for the "D-ring " without pulling the interior apart. Does anyone know exactly where it is located?

If it doesn't, is it easy to install/weld one in?

Go to page 446 of this pdf document. It looks like 69 is when the retractable seat belts started.
