I'm keeping my 74

I have been tossing and turning about selling my 911. I've deceided to keep it. Not because I wont get my money back. But because I love it. Before the boxster came this was my passion, now that my wife has calmed down, and I have settled down, I realize this thing is to nice to let go. All the fun that goes with it, the new paint job, the things I have added, the stuff I have yet to do, I would be a fool. The boxster is all done, I wont change a thing. But the 911 she needs some TLC, I need her as much as she needs me, so she'll stay. I think most of you guys know how I feel. Its not a money thing, its true love.

Good move! I hope one day to have the paint on my SC look as good as yours.

Way to go BigB,
I was thinking of selling mine also as its not exactly what I thought I was buying. I wanted a project car, something to modify and fix up but I unknowingly bought a concours car that I don't drive very often which saddens me no end (please do not jump in here Nostatic). Anyway, if you need advice on how to polish just let me know. R/Dan

Good decision! I must have missed the pictures of your new paint job, where can I see them?

BigB,
It would appear PWM is calling my Porsche owning credentials into question because I don't drive it every day, and keep it polished. Like I said I kind of fell into it and thought it would be a candidate for keeping as close to showroom as possible. It just turned over 39K so I baby it. R/D
