valve timing?
 
Does anyone know the amount the dial gauge should move on the intake valve when performing valve timing. The motor is is a 1973 911T.

Eric,

For the MFI engine, it is 2.40 to 2.80 mm, <b>with 2.60 mm being the 'desired' lift value.</b>


CIS engine is 0.90 to 1.10 mm, <b>with 1.00 mm being the 'desired' lift value.</b>
