One option
Find a good radiator shop and have it boiled out. Try to remove all the plugs and fittings if you can. They may loosen up in the process and be lost. But if it is stuck tight, better to take your chances that the boil will loosen it up rather than damage the fitting.

I had mine cleaned out by a radiator shop. It came back naked. I don't know what they used but all the paint on the outside was gone. $8 at a shop in Akron.
