Fan delete / No heat / Cup kit

I'm not planning on running any heat on my 911 so have removed all the untidy fans and ducting from my engine and replaced the tinwear with fibreglass as in second pic below.

This leaves me with the problem of blocking off the fan exit point. I see that there is a Rennline kit as shown in the first photo below but the kit only comes in two parts to block off the engine cooling fan output and the hole in the tinwear - I'm only after the engine cooling fan part.

Does anyone know other manufacturers that sell this part?

Also, I see the block off still has hole drilled in it - I presume this is to prevent uneven cooling?

What have other people done? Any pics from peoples cars with a fan delete and no heat tube would be good.

Doesn't look like it would take a Rocket Scientist to make it.....

Nope, fair comment. I was just wondering what other people who run without heat do like some of the race or track guys.

The only manufacturer I can find making these is the Rennline one shown which surprised me a bit. I guess I'll just cut a piece of ally, drill some random holes in it and hope for the best. The holes must be there for a reason rather than simply blanking it off.

I'm in the middle of doing this - - Pretty sure either smart racing or patrick racking sells a FG part (that's like $80-$90)

The hole in the piece are to reduce cavitation at higher fan speeds.

I just modified the original piece with stuff I had on hand...

I cut out a cover to fit in that spot from some old black plastic I had in the garage.
