Hella 169 lens replacements

I have a 72 911T and I am trying to a find replacement lens for the Hella 169 fog lights. Any ideas? Will the 139 lens fit the 169 body?

I looked this up just now. If you take any stock in an eBay’er, it’s a sure thing… Looks like a 139 and 169 are the same lens from the face.

I've rarely seen a separate replacement lens for the 169... I think only once or twice (ever) on the EarlyS. I think one of the reasons was that the glass and reflector were bonded with a material that couldn't be separated. At least that's what I ran into many years ago. Do you have the glass separated from the reflector?

I ended up finding a glass/reflector assembly out of Norway, and used that. This was many years ago.

Maybe reach out to John Audette and see if he has one, or can give you a lead. I'd also cross post over to the EarlyS.

hunt down the VW equivilant. Im sure its the same, the headlights lens were the same for many years. Audette is another angle, Im sure he has the answer, but...

This is the lamp that the author is looking to find a glass lens for...... don't believe there is a VW equivalent....

No luck with Audette or anywhere else . . seems I have to buy the entire fog light to get the lens. Thanks for all the suggestions.
