Does it need to be the identical model ?
Europe is full of affordable used Blaupunkts RC's...

The radio in the pic does not look like an SQR 23... Monterey.

The SQR23 isn't a Monterrey, it's a Dearborn. This is the Blaupunkt head unit used by Porsche in that timeframe.
