Custom bumpers seen in Saugerties N.Y.

Hi all, I saw a Red 911 today with front and rear bumpers that I haven't seen before.
Looked like a SC platform, rear reflector with black letters and duck tail. It had the smoothness of a 356 and small protruding bumpers like on a Shelby Cobra.

Any idea or knowledge of this car or bumpers?

Got a hot rod in mind. A speedster/roadster on a SC Targa tub and this for and aft treatment I think would fit in the idea I have.

No car on hand to start from but when someone in the N.E. has a SC Targa to dispose of with title for free or cheap I got the begining. A 52 Harley Panhead Chopper I sold recently started as a fender found in a shed. So I just need a safe/legal tub to work from. Once my 79SC is back in order I'll be on the hunt.
