force (hammer) on a cheap SAE socket and remove with extension and ratchet. you may not be able to get the nut out of the socket so use a cheap one.

Screw/bolt extractor

Craftsman has a set of screw/bolt extractors that may do it for you. I as able to remove a broken head stud from my case with one. Set comes in 5 sizes.

For stuff like that, i like to get a small drill bit and bore out the center, then with the bit still in there but the drill in reverse with enough PB blaster the bolt may come right out. If it does not remove the bit and try and get a metal pole stuck in there, say a small screwdriver or some thing and twist it out.

Best of luck
Dave
