Backdated Cab... pics?
Long story short, my targa's been hit in the rear twice now and I just spent the afternoon drilling out the spot welds of the panel that holds on reflector between the taillights.
Future plans include cutting up the targa bar and glass, making it a cab with one of Thom's hardtops. Additional future plans include making it a widebody and sort of poor-man's speedster by pulling out the front quarter windows. So, all that together, I can either weld a new panel in the rear back in place and just go turbo cab later on, or go backdated flared cab. I imagine plastic flares F/R bonded onto early fenders/rear quarters and ST F/R bumpers would work. Does anyone have any pics of anything similar?

not a back date, a targa conversion
 you can do it, search on Thom also. good luck

thanks Ryan. I like it too man. Other than no a/c in a hot state which keeps her in the garage most days right now. I will be really excited when the 3.6 is installed!

sorry to drag an old post from the dead, any more pics of backdated cabs? Ive searched for 4 nights but only seems to be a few out there, not as nice as a coupe but sometimes you have to shoot with the gun youve got, looking at a cheap damaged 964 cab and thinking it might be feasable,

Thanks Joe Bob, seen many pics of yours allready, you change the graphics weekly haha, your car gave me a bit of insperation, I see a few speedsters too but too much $$ for the conversion parts,
