Ignition/Remote Connection
 

Recently purchased '96 C4. Once in the car, I'm having to push the remote key lock button multiple times before I get ignition--doesn't seem to be any pattern to it --I get lights but never turns over first time-- but after pushing the key lock -in some cases several times, it starts...in fact never fails to start...What am I missing? Any suggestions? Is this a programing issue? Fix?
