Question Car doesn't start..Any mobile mechanic in NY/long island area?

Hi,

My 83 targa all of a sudden has trouble starting and once it does..does not hold idle..have to hold the throttle down or it will die. .once the car warms up, it gets better.
Not sure what It is..
Recently I had a similar problem, and my mechanic fixed something with the airbox.
But this time..I drove it to him, and he said he doesent know..
It would be great if i can find a mobile mechanic that knows about these cars.
I also want to change the belts on my 993.

Anyone with any info..Thank you.
-Dave

probably this again, sounds like a massive airleak
take the airfilter out and see if the popoff valve is dislodged

Thats what he repaired..the pop off valve. He glued it in place. What can the culprit be.
I know its related with the airbox.
