Rookie with some questions..

Hi all, after loving these cars from a distance since my early teens I finally took the plunge and purchased a 1977 Targa, good lineage and well maintained with all 2.7 issues addressed.

I've been reading through the forums and know there's a wealth of knowledge out there i'm hoping to tap. One of the things i'd like to tackle first is recovering the seats and probably a carpet kit but want to make sure i get the right stuff.

I believe the seats are cork, is this correct? From the pics is the carpet cork or champagne?

Picking it up on sunday and can't wait to start tinkering.

thanks for your help!http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1310664437.jpg

Nice looking Targa!
Hard to tell from the photos (a lot of sun) if the carpet is cork or Champagne.

looking at the driver side door, the door card seems to be cork and the carpet tan...Still hard to tell the seats

Steering wheel and shift knob aren't stock but they do look good here.

Yeah, not normally a fan of the wooden wheel but it seems to go well with the car, not sure of the manufacturer.
