Carpet Color Fade
 

I just received a new carpet kit for my 84 and to my surprise the color is quite a bit darker than my original color. My car has Champagne interior.

Does the interior color fade this much over time or did I have the wrong color sent
to me by mistake

Orig interior on top.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Its probably the right color, the new one should look a lot better in your car. Just to give you an idea, mine faded from black to green :rolleyes:
