What is the highest offset you can use on an SC with 8in wide front wheels?

Like the title says, I'm trying to figure out a few things with width and tire size so I need to know what's the highest offset you can run on the front of an SC with 8" wide wheels.

Bill Verburg's page has extensive data on such a fitment: "8" +23.3mm o/s to +31mm o/s are the most common fronts.... As +o/s increases there is less fender interference and more inner panel interference. ET 23.3 is very tight at the lips, ET 31 is very tight at the inner fender wall."

ET23.3 has been done but I wouldn't recommend it, I have ET25 on mine and it's good for 225-235 tire width, 25 up to 31 is probably the bet area to be especially w/ 245s

Thanks a lot guys.

Bill do you think I could fit a 9" wide wheel in the front with rolled and pulled fenders and a slightly stretched 225 or 235 tire? I've never had a problem fitting "aggressive" wheel/tire combos, but I want to know if this will be fender work of if a 9 is just impossible without flares.
