Fog Light Dianosis?

First one fog light went out, then the other. I replaced the bulbs and fuse, but they still do not work. Is there a way I can check the relay before buying a new one? Any other ideas?

Dave if you run 12v through pins 86{positive} and 85{negative} you should have continuity through pins 30 and 87 on the relay.Can you just swap one of the other relays to see if the lights work.
