Warning chime sounds at 12mph

I have a 99 Carrera Cab with a strange problem. Each time the car crosses the 12mph mark the chime sounds twice. This happens every time without fail. I can go real slow and it will sound at exactly 12mph or fast with same result
Does anyone know what may cause this? The chime is the same one that sounds for seatbelt, lights on etc.

Ill take a guess a say that maybe a sensor failure for seatbelt...maybe the car thinks someone is sitting in passenger seat without their seatbelt on? Or maybe it is not sensing that you have your seatbelt on in driver seat
