I am trying to reinstall my tensoiners and I do not have the little C-Clamps does anyone know of a way to do this without it? My fingers are killing me! Thanks in advance

I assume you are talking about the purpose-made C clamp tool. You can use the type of C clamp available at any hardware store to do the job.
Put the C clamp on so that it covers only half of the tensioner top and screw it down. Then slip the other side under the chainwheel support and release the clamp.

When I did mine (pressure-fed) I put them in a vice, compressed them, then put a small finish nail in the hole where the original release pin went. Once re-installed just pull the pin, but try not to let it snap too hard.
