Passenger door lock
Ever since I have had this car the passenger side door will not unlock from the outside. If I turn the key it will move the door pin up half way and that is it. Any ideas on how to fix?

Pull the door panel and see what is binding. Futz around with the mechanism by hand.
Could be the cylinder needs a lub or the arms are bent or something, lots of variables. |

From the inside there is a mini arm off of the lock that when the key is turned it makes contact with a V shaped arm. It makes contact but it doesn't seem to push hard enough on the arm. I lubed the hell out of it all and I think I might be able to slip some thing over one of the forks on the V so it makes contact sooner and maybe this will push the lock up all the way?
