+3 on silicone. Mine broke, so I went to a local auto glass shop. They pulled out a template, cut the glass and adhered it with silicone....for $15.

there is a special double sided tape that should be used. I'm sure the silicone will work too but the tape is original

I used Gorilla glue on mine. Silicone works great as well.
