Do I use the original large cup washer along with the smaller one on the bottom of my new Wevo engine mount?

You don't use either.

As soon as I posted this and then looked at it I realized I don't use the large cup washer.

Fishcop, the small one I was referring to is the small washer zip strapped with the Wevo at the bottom. I wasn't too clear. Well, they're in now.

Pretty much as they're ziptied is how they go in, sounds like you've got it sorted :)
