I think the price was a result of a slow northwest economy and a seller who didn't want to spend months showing the car. Thanks for all the advice everyone. I am going to keep driving the car until I know a break another stud or until I've saved enough to fix it. I figure I might as well have a valve job performed while the engine is apart.

From what others have said, it seems more like driving around with 1 broken lug nut? Regardless, I don't have the $3k+ in my wallet for the right fix, nor the garage facility to do it myself. I'm saving now so I'll bring my car up to the highly recommended JW Workshop as soon as I do!
