Cool Picture of my 82' SC

Hi guys, just thought I'd post a picture of my porsche. Its an 82' SC with 9" fuchs in the rear and 6" in the front. It also has a borla exhaust.

Here's a picture of the engine:

Looks very nice and a good colour. Only I'm not too fond of the yellow air intake in the front bonnet. Makes me think of the rice boys in my local area Sorry, but after seing VW Golfs and Honda Civics with yellow windscreen wipers, air intakes etc. it kind of looks inappropriate on a 911. I guess I'm being conservative...

Nice custom job. What size tires are on your rear 9" Fuchs? Any rubbing problem? How low is your car? Euro Spec?
thanks

Rub, is your Targa bar painted body color? Looks a lil shiny in the pic. If so, could you post or email me some more pics. I have the same set up as you with the execption that I've 9"s and 7"s that are plated and the centers body color (venetian blue).

Good looking ride! I saw your car at the Parts Heaven Swap Meet, a few weeks ago. I commented to my wife, that it was a good looking car. Love the color.

Thanks for all the great responses!

The rear tires are 245-45-16 and they do not rub. Its ride height is 25.5" in the front and 25" in the rear. I'd like to lower it by an additional 1" (still thinking about this one).

I targa bar has never been painted it is stock color. Also, since the color code tag is missing from the car, I dont know what the color is. Does anyone knows what the paint code is?

Thanks
Ruben

Paint codes? Hmm. The reason I asked is because I have factory LY5Z which is Nautic Metallic. From your pics, it looks almost identical. However, I've got an '87 944S so this may not be the same (unfamiliar with 911 option codes).
