questions on fixing/replacing dash
 

Hey all,

I have a cracked dash and would like to replace it. My seats, dash, trim is a dark brown (chocolate?). I would like to find a nice used one but I want to make sure it matches. My question then is do the colors change much between years? I have an eye on an 83 dash, would I get a good color match? Also, about how much should I expect to pay for a replacement? Would I be better off getting one of those molded covers? They seem a little cheap to me. Thanks in advance.
