Fresh air vent control replacement

Replacing my cracked dash vent control unit is next on my project list. I've seen a few posts on this. Aside from working on your back to remove the dash control and running from the front trunk to back inside the car to make sure the connections are solid, any tips from those that have done this? Doesn't look like a pleasant job for sure, but something I'm looking forward to tackling and completing.

Appreciate any sage advice or pics from others that have done this.

thx,

rob
