Part identification

While removing the ECM from my '87 cab I found the following part on the floor of my back seat. I'm pretty sure it came from the car but I'm not sure where. It appears that it is made of pretty hard rubber. Any guesses?http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1314546742.jpg

Looks like one of the plastic washers used in the rear seat belt areas. I'm not sure if they were used with the seat belts, or only used when no belts were installed.

It is a grommet.

Perhaps for the door switches?
