Porsche Cool Breeze Scoop?

Cool Breeze Scoop Home Page

I used one of these on a Miata today. Worked quite well to direct fresh air into the cab.

Has anyone seen a 911 version anywhere?

Kinda reminds me of the car periscope on Curb Your Enthusiasm the other night.

This is very ironic. I was driving around the other day and was thinking that if there was only something that could direct air to the center of the cabin, it would be great. Because of the design, the 911 as serious fresh air flow directly to the passengers. I keep my hand out the window often to direct some air when its hot. If not this, some other kind of deflector would work.

I'd have no hesitation doing something like this to a Mazda of any vintage ; Porsche - well that might depend upon whether I'd be bodging anything valuable.

There is a clock replacement fix for fresh air, buit I don't want to butcher my car (any further).

I like the little plastic clip on piece. I will see if the Miata part fits...

looks way out of place with the smooth curvy lines imho. for those with coupes a better option would be a wrc type roof scoop (kinda like what primitive sells). that way when you dont need the fresh air you can close it up. i did one on one of my wrx's and it worked perfectly!

for those who dont know.
