Rennsport Reunion Redux

Thought I would try this just one more time, since the other thread seems to have wandered.

Am attending the Reunion at Laguna in Oct and need to get my 911 back to the east coast. Looking for folks who want to share an enclosed transport and along with the cost or someone who might have one space left in a transporter.

Anyone?

I would contact some of the vintage folks that may have cars going to and fro. Locally there's Bruce Canepa and Rich at Jerry Woods Enterprises. Also some folks with newer factory cars that maybe coming out for the event may have open slots in transporters.

I would start spreading the word in my local area first, and then expanding the circle. Likely some cars will change hands during RR IV, so that may create opportunities as well. For example, let us say NC is a state which will work for you, and a car collector in NC buys a car or two at RR IV. There may be a transporter leaving a place like Canepa's or Jerry Woods Enterprises heading to NC as a result. This is just an example.

A lot of these folks are busting their rear ends already getting cars prepped, so likely have little time to visit these forums... or are otherwise not forum types.

Good Luck, and hopefully I will see you at Laguna. I will be driving.

Mike, apprecaite the feedback. This is what i get for moving from Marin to Richmond, VA. I will try other sources, but thought this to be as good a place as any to pose my question
