Gauge and Switch bulbs
Good day !
In my 1988 3.2 911 is there a bulb in the headlight switch and how does one replace it ? The books tell me the speedometer has 2 bulbs...how do I remove them to replace ? Cheers ! Chris |

Not real sure about the headlight switch, but the guage bulbs replace easily after you remove the speedo itself. They just plug in and out of the back. replacements are available from our host.

I don't think there's a bulb in the headlight switch. there isn't on SCs and I think Carrera uses the same part. the gauge bulbs are accessed by removing the gauge (pull out with fingers), the bulbs are powered by black wire w/ blue stipe, you have to pry them out of the gauge housing with a small blade to see the bulb.
