Question The Clutch adjuster rollers on the piece of wood under the carpet on my 911SC

So I am still trying to figure out a couple things here. One of them being you know that piece of wood down under the carpet on driver side. There are rollers that adjust the throw of the clutch pedal. When I took the interior out to clean everything I noticed the rollers were adjusted to the very top of the wood piece cut out. Now over the last week i have driven this little car around trying to get a feel of where the clutch pedal best engages.

This morning it seemed that it felt best when I pushed the clutch pedal about half way down. So just trying to understand here, is this pretty common out there on the 3.0 SC's? If so I need to get back in there and adjust the roller on that board.

The pedal feel is subjective. I like mine to engage near the "bottom" of the range. Others prefer more at the top.

If it's where you like it, leave it.

EDIT-the part on the floorboard is just a mechanical means of stopping the pedal from going all the way down. To adjust clutch engagement point you need to do so at the clutch fork arm on the gearbox and/or using the clutch cable length.

The pedal stop is used to adjust the travel of the clutch arm. It should be 25mm at the transmission.
85 915 Clutch Cable Slack = Low Pedal Height @ 27MM Pedal Height is Perfect???
