2004 C4 Intermittent Starting
 

My 2004 C4 start slow, many seconds > 10, before starter engages. Usually does this on a cold start, after sitting over night, but not always. Engine display, says waiting for oil level check sometimes. I check the level on the dip stick an its full. Occasionally I get an intermittent oil sensor error. Could they be related? Any thoughts? What about netral safety switch?
