Which chain tensioner replacement would you advise factory oil pressure fed units from Porsche or a solid chain tensioner from JB Racing?

I am looking at replacing the chain tensioner on my 1978SC and have been presented with the question by the Porsche mechanic at Bob Hindson Racing in Kansas City
