dial overlays

Can anyone tell me where to get overlays for the clocks and dials?
There was someone on here selling them, but I can't seem to find him.

It's not that expensive to send your gauges into North Hollywood Speedometer and have them re-done. The downside is that you would be without them for a week or so, but they would look like new - and they can do custom things too, like geting rid of the shift light (if you have one) or moving the redline to the top and reconfiguring the speedometer.

I thought there was a guy on here just selling the overlays so you could do it yourself.
He had some real neat ideas!!
like putting the temperatures on the temp gauges like on the early cars.

I never have understood why my 924 has a tach set-up like this, but in 911's one either has to have the tachs re-faced or turned (like I do) to achieve the perfect red-line position.

Yes, new vintage does diy overlays. I did the oil temp/oil press overlays in deg F/psi. Easy to install. I think they have other overlays. Also have used N. Hollywood with always good results. Got rid of shift light in favor of voltmeter on 88 and redid all instruments on 70. They do good work.
