Fuse sizing for sports seats?

My sports seats never worked.... The electrical harness has been all butchered up with after market alarms, radios/amps, who knows what else.... no clue where the original seats harness went.

Anyone know what fuse size to put with the 2 seats, 2 way adjustables.... Im just gonna tap a constant 12v and put an inline buss fuse. Or, is there any spare fuse blocks that I can use that I dont know about? TIA!

I don't know, but I have a set I'm installing this winter, so I'm very interested in the answer!

The experts are going to need to know what year car?

Mine are actually the same! I know purists will scream in agony, but they're comfortable, I think they look great, and I look forward to having more than only forward and back as adjustments.

Besides, the Carrera power seats are likely quite a bit lighter than the '69 horsehair stuffed originals!

what size is the wire? you normally fuse for the load the wire can handle, not necessarily for the item on the end. fwiw when i installed power 993 seats in my SC i used 12g wire and a 20a fuse.
