Hood fill gas cap/tank

Anyone know if someone makes these or do I have to hack my own tank? Or find an old factory race one?

I have seen the caps for sale but not the tanks.

I was able to modify a Blau cap and a readily available 3" cap & neck to work together

More than one way to skin a cat: Through the hood center gas filler project

The correct Blau filler necks are available outside of the states, details here.

Heres a group buy that you missed out on. Get in tocuh with George and make sure you are on the list in case he does another group buy. It has been mentioned. that it may happen

Of my car? No, its not done.

Im going to use the 3" neck in the first linked post and go straight up through the hood off of the passenger side of the tank like this car:

Cool

In looking at that filler neck, I think that one could be fabricated that bolted in place of the gas tank sender. This along with a fiberglass hood, and you would be very retro with little expense and effort.

I have been contemplating adding a center fill to my tank similar to the one above. While doing a search I came across this pic of what I believe is a 73 RSR. What is the second fill?

One is for fuel, the other is for a vent can so the fuel enters quicker.
