Rusty? Did it pass a PPI? Engine rebuilt? Other service records? Who maintained the car? Has it been sitting? For how long? Does the seller say "excellent condition" or is that your assesment?
As you can see, there are too many variables to answer your question without more info, a LOT more info. Start with a search in the classified "for sale" section and you'll turn up some beta that will start the process of answering your question. Good luck!
