Converting from power brakes to manual

I'm thinking about removing the brake booster from a '77 Carrera 3.0 and installing a brake master cylinder and lines from an earlier car. What I can't recall is whether or not there were any changes made to the shape of the tub on the '77 and later cars, where the pedal cluster and master cylinder were attached to the floor. I know the trunk floor changed but that isn't an issue.

Anybody done this and remember what was involved?

Thanks,
Jeff
