Seat information needed-please
Finally got the car (1979 SC) fixed up enough to show it to you guys.
I need as much info. on replacement seats (front) as I can get. I do not fit well in the factory sport seats as they feel to narrow in the base. What seats fit out of the box that have a less supportive/ restrictive base area. I have no problem doing seat track swaps on new seats or whatever might be necessary. Looking for mid price, black , reclining non elec. handsome touring seat. Can you offer your opinion's? Finally, please meet "Anniken" Thanks. Ed ![]() ![]()

Nice looking 911!
I think your best bet would be to find someone to swap your factory sport seats for the standard versions. The difference in value could be more or less, depending on the condition of your seats and the swappers. if you aren't looking to ditch yours altogether, standard seats come up for sale quite often and are very reasonable. Welcome to Pelican.

I would keep the sports seats, they are so much better than the standard seats. You could have them restored...
