doors do they fit?
Hi everybody i have a 1971 911T that needs two doors do the earlier SWB doors fit my car?

I'm told they will (have a '67 door being dipped that's going on my '72).

As stated by others, they will fit. However, be aware that you still may need a bit of tweaking to get the seams correct--something that's to be expected in hand assembled cars.

They will fit but as mentioned above they will need work.
Back in the day they used to "adjust" the front door post (were the hinges bolt to the body, not the door) with a block of wood and hammer. It's even in the Haynes restoration manual. When I do this I take my time and touch up the bolts with some paint after everything is as it should be. But first things first. Make sure the door skin is flush with the body before adjusting the gaps and things will go a lot smoother.
