Question Window seals on doors

Hello Gents,

I am in the process of getting my car, ready for painting this winter.
The whole job will requirer removal of all windows with seals replacement.
So far, looks like I got most of them, except for the one shown
with the yellow arrow.
Is that seal available ? And how to replace it ?

Also, is all the work on the upper door (red arrow)can be removed ?
Can it be "reanodize" or painted ?
Thank you all.

Regards

That seal slides onto the metal strip beneath it. The metal strip is attached to the door by a number of metal clips that snap into holes in the top of the door. To remove the metal strip gently pry from underneath starting at one end. Once the metal strip and seal are removed from the door you can slide off the seal.
