Correct CV bolts for '74 915?

I just need to know if these are the correct CV bolts for a '74 VIN#9114110490. Pelican Parts - Product Information: 900-067-229-01-M260
I ask because these are measured at 48mm, and the ones I took off my car were 50mm. A metric 10x50 12.9 strength to be precise. It's a 4 bolt CV flange.

Also, where does one get the Schurr washers used with these CV bolts. I don't see them for sale here, and my local bolt supplier had never seen them before.
