Part number request?

Can't seem to find it in the parts manual, trying to find the part number for the grommet around the starter cable where it exits the rear wall.

Also does the wiring harness supposed to have a grommet where it exits the rear wall?

Thanks Jackson still stumped on the main harness if it has a grommet
