Aw crap and what is with the seat?

I broke the stinkin capillary tube switch thingy trying to get my center console out. It's the temp sensor deal that goes up in the front of the car. I hope Pelican has one.
I hope I can figure out how to get it in.

Also, when I took the seats out, the passenger side had Porsche part numbered 1" spacers. Is this stock or did the PO just have a short girlfriend?

I assume your 87 targa is simular to my 87 cab. If the drivers seat is power and the passenger seat is manual, it will have the spacers.As far as the broken sensor wire I think your.re in for a new switch!

Yup... well I guess that explains it. Now to hunt for the switch.
