All black interior (new carpet OEM) photos

Backseats history, including sound deadening and seating material. The stock carpet design will fit, and you toss the old cushions back in. Everything from top to bottom save the gauge faces is black thanks to Leatherique dye and black carpet.

Still don't know what will become of the seats. Trouble spots can be seen in the area that is exposed when the top is down, but I'm working on it--just some paint and replacing some canvas.

Well I guess its looking real good but I can't see squat - its tooo dark. Need some more light on the subject.

How much was your carpet worth and who was your supplier? Are you buying new canvas, dying the old one or what?

Thanks in advance for the info Kurt and look forward to some more 'illuminating' pictures.

Cheers
Mark

Black Carpet Brothers

Here here Kurt!

Gotta love that black interior on a 911.
I can't believe you achieved such great results with a dye!
The carpeting wasn't that hard was it???
Course... I had a helper.

Anyway, looks real good my friend.

I would also like to know about the dye, where did you get it and brand name, how easy it is to use etc. I would like to touch up my seats.

Leatherique.com.
Look for distributors. If you're not going to do the whole thing in stock black, you'll have to send a sample to them so they can match the color. Works well.

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner Kurt. Still on holiday, but I've bought my own digital camera now. I'm going to write a little piece on sewing up a carpet.

Soon........
