Chain Tensior Torque Values???

First thanks to the guys that helped me fish out my chain guide. Whew that was a close one. Removing the oil screen cover allowed me to grab it. As a matter of fact it allows me to put my fingers on the back of the lower guide rail. This helped a lot in regards to keeping it aligned when tightening the bolts!! (plus if I drop another one I can easily get it!!) But now my next dilema. My manual does not say what to torqe the 13mm Chain Tensioner nut. Does anyone have a Factory Manual that gives this spec. I would imagine its rather important. Help!!!!

Thanks!!

this may sound lame, but just snug to tight with 242 (blue loctite)

Torque it to 18 ft-lbs (the default torque spec for 8mm studs on the engine) and don't worry about it. After the chain cover is on, the tensioner can't move.

Excellent! I torqued it to 25 because it took 25 to break loose the one on the other side. Thanks guys!!

at 25#, you're way over the max! the stud could break or pull out of the housing. 10mm head nuts are only 23#
