Seat belt ? 89 Cab

2 questions relating to seat belts.

1. What are the thoughts on how long they should last, mine are in great condition but they are over 20 years old and in a Cab have seen a lot of sun, should I be looking to replace them?

2. I know that the 87-89's have rear attachment points for 3 point rear belts but is that also true for a Cab?

Bumping this for question #2 - do 1989 cabs have 3 point rear belts? And also to ask if the rear seats in a cab are even usable?

My 12 & 8 year old ride in the back, anyone over 5'.5" I think is going to be a bit cramped.
