Today, I just finished a complete front brake job, rotors, calipers rebuilt, pads, new flex hoses and new bearings and races. So I'm set for the winter driving. I plan on replacing the front speakers the foam is shot.

1. Totally clean up my front trunk.
a. Pull, drain, refinish, reseal gas tank.
b. Remove and clean blower motor and connecting plumbing.
c. Clean up and simplify wiring as much as possible.
d. Install Fred Cook's awesome ATO fuse panel.
e. Reassemble.
2. Replace fuel pump, lines, and fuel filter.
3. Fix dents in external oil lines.

Building a carport so my wife's Saab cabriolet can be outside and the 911 can move to the garage.
Then the real work begins:
  • Brakes/suspensions refresh
  • front oil lines (at the cooler) replacement, plus general cleanup in that area
  • Replace motor and tranny mounts
  • Install insulation and Replace carpet kit from Biz
  • Recover seats
  • Install Seine shifter
  • Replace fuse block with the one Fred sent me.
  • Install headlights relay kit
  • Fix oil leaks
  • Change plugs & wires, clean air filter (car came with K&N)
  • Change oil
  • re-install passenger window and seals
  • Get car smogged (it passed with flying colors 2 years ago in July)
  • Decide which set of wheels to keep and get new tires all around
That should keep me out of trouble for a while, and also have me post here for help when I get stuck!:D

Will, replacing fuel lines is coming up on my list pretty soon. Are you going with solid metal fuel lines or OE plastic? Any plans to replace/repair the valves/flaps in the heat/vent system? Also thinking about that to improve air management.

To be honest, I haven't given it much thought. I know I want to replace them, but need to research how I want to go about it. Right now I'm working on a kitchen remodel, so once I wrap that up, I can spend a lot more time researching how I want to proceed. On a high level, I want to go through my fuel system and better equip it to deal with raising ethanol in today's fuels. With the eventual goal of a full EFI conversion with E85 maps.
