Porsche air compressor...where does it go in the trunk??

The Porsche electric air compressor, where does it go in the front trunk. When I bought my car it was just laying in he front trunk. Where is suppose to be stored??

It just slides around up there. When I put my targa top in I don't want it sliding and banging against it. I would have though Porsche designed a secure place for it??

I have a zippered bag with tools, tire plug kit and the air pump.

There is just no room for that case. One idea may be to pull the compressor out of the box and wrap it in a towel and wedge it in by the condensor fan. Use little bungie cords if needed. There may be smaller compressors as well that may provide a nice fit in the small spot and put the original on the shelf.

I don't carry the compressor around town. On trips I take a high volume bike pump and a tire hole repair kit.

I abandoned that piece of junk and bought another piece of junk from walmart that fits perfectly in the spot seen above next to the condensor fan housing
