Two Questions.Central door locks and Blower motor bushing.

First I was wondering What I needed and where to get the parts and info on how to install the round lock knobs located on the door panels.I have a 76 Targa and have gotten new door panels. My car has the pull knobs at the top by the window and I like the look on the round style in the door panel.Any info would be great. Also I have an old blower motor that still works from my old engine but it wobbles.I have taken it apart and cleaned it,the brushes appear fine but was wondering if there was a replacement bushing that goes below the cage.I have 2 c clips and one washer on the shaft but no bushing. The shaft is like 3 mm and the hole is like 12mm.Is there a bushing that goes on the shaft there? If so can I get replacements or is it a use whatever you can that fits?Any help would be great,Thanks in advance,MATT
