SWB Vent Windows

My vent window glass is loose and vibrates in the frame.

I have two questions.

1. Is there a "glue" that is used to fix the glass into the frames? The glass has a residue along the frame edge.

2. What size roll-pin is used to fit the vent handle to window. I don't have the original pins as my driver window has a cotter pin and the passenger window has a nail stuck in it.
